Are all blanks suitable for sublimation?

Yes, all our blanks are suitable for sublimation or HTV. If there are  blanks not suitable for sublimation tthat will be clearly stated in the description

What are the payment options?

Accepted methods are Paypal, Card payment, Direct bank payment.  Klarna and Clearpay. If you have any troubles using one of them please contact us by Messenger CREATIMO SUBLIMATION BLANKS | Facebook, Email or Web chat

How long does delivery take?

What is your return/refund/replacement policy?

Any issues with faulty, damaged or missing items will be resolved by replacement or refund. Missing items and damage issues should be reported within 3 days after receiving your order. To request a refund or replacement for missing or damage items it is mandatory to present at least 2 clear images of the external packaging front and back /box or envelope/. If you can't present these photos your request will be declined. Claims for faulty products are accepted within 14 days after delivery date. To request a replacement or refund for faulty/damage product you need to present photos and/or a short video to prove the fault/damage. If you report a damage you should do it BEFORE you use the product. We accept returns only for faulty or wrong items. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted only after approval and confirmation so please contact us by email or messenger to request a return and we will give you instructions how to do it. We do not accept any returns  made without approval and confirmation and/or after the deadline. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITH A REASON " I changed my mind and I don't want it anymore" or "I don't know how to make it" or "I couldn't sell it so I don't need it anymore" or similar reasons.


We aim to ship all orders same or next day after the order is placed, except the weekend and Bank holidays. Orders with Fast shipping are sent with RM 24 Tracked and those with Standard shipping - RM 48 Tracked. Large letter are sent only 24 Tracked service but if the order doesn't fit it will be sent as 48 Tracked small parcel. In busy times /summer, Easter, Christmas/ please allow upto 3  working days despatch time. To check what's the current turnaround or to ask for faster despatch please contact us and will do our best to help you.

Can I add to my order?

You can add only once per order, all add-on are charged with 50p processing fee.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it's been shipped. You will be charged the amount deducted from the payment provider depending on the payment method used to pay the order.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you are near NE28 you could collect your order, just need to contact us by Messenger CREATIMO SUBLIMATION BLANKS | Facebook to arrange a convenient time for collection
